New Common Customs Tariff to Impact Global Trade Regulations.
The Common Customs Tariff (CCT) is a key feature of a customs union for imports from third countries. It is part of the integrated Community Tariff, the Taric, which uses the Combined Nomenclature (CN) for customs and statistical purposes. The CCT, regulated by Council Regulation 2658/87, aligns with tariff developments negotiated in the World Customs Organization.
