The study looked at how committed teachers are to their schools and how their behavior reflects that commitment. They surveyed 322 teachers in Urmia public high schools and found that teachers generally feel positively about their commitment and behavior at work. The research showed that there is a connection between how committed teachers are and how they behave at work, with emotional commitment being a key factor in predicting their behavior.
