Choosing over rejecting: How decision framing impacts your choices!
The study looked at how the way choices are presented (framing) and default options can influence decision-making. They tested this with over 1000 people in scenarios about work and health. The results showed that how choices are framed has a big impact on decisions in both work and health situations. Default options only had a small effect on work decisions and no effect on health decisions. This suggests that when using different nudges together, it's important to think about how they might interact, and to consider the specific context when trying to influence people's behavior.
