New Precision Seed-Metering Device Boosts Rice Planting Efficiency and Yield!
A new precision seed-metering device for rice was designed to solve problems with unstable seeding and poor applicability of traditional devices. The device has innovative metering hole structures that accurately fill rice seeds. By adjusting the number of cavities, different types of rice seeds can be accommodated. Tests showed that specific seed-inlet widths and hole angles resulted in better seeding performance for different rice varieties. The device achieved high qualified rates and low miss-seeding rates for super hybrid, hybrid, and conventional rice in field tests.
