The article introduces new Bayes factors for hypothesis tests in psychology, offering alternatives to the commonly used ones. These new Bayes factors are designed for popular statistical analyses like t tests and ANOVA, with improved properties and easier computation. They are shown to be equivalent to test-statistic based Bayes factors, providing a general approach for various hypothesis-testing problems.
