Flash floods are dangerous natural disasters that threaten communities worldwide. Early warning systems have been created to help reduce the risks of flash floods by monitoring weather conditions and giving timely warnings to people in danger. However, these systems need to be improved to be more effective. A recent review looked at these warning systems, their strengths, limitations, and challenges. The review suggested a new framework and algorithm to make the warning systems better. By understanding how these systems work and what factors affect their effectiveness, we can develop better strategies to protect against flash floods.
