Sound water resource management in Ethiopia is crucial for protecting water bodies and promoting socio-economic development. By integrating water and land administration, a more sustainable approach can be achieved. The study analyzed laws related to water and land management and collected data through surveys and interviews. The current natural resource management in Ethiopia is unsustainable, but focusing on the Lake Tana Watershed can improve water resource management in a holistic and sustainable manner.
