The study looked at factors influencing the spread of Surrender B/L in international trade. By analyzing data from 190 companies, researchers found that the convenience and cost-saving benefits of Surrender B/L, along with training provided by forwarding companies, led to increased usage. The analysis also showed that Surrender B/L is being widely adopted not only in nearby regions but also in distant areas like Europe and the Americas.
