The study looked at how adding Cabanin® CSD to the diet of Nile tilapia affects their growth, health, and antioxidant responses. The researchers fed the fish different diets for 10 weeks and then tested their growth rate, blood parameters, and survival when exposed to ammonia. They found that the fish fed Cabanin® CSD had better growth performance, antioxidant activity, and survival rates compared to those on control diets. The Cabanin® CSD-supplemented fish also had lower levels of malondialdehyde in their blood and flesh meat, showing improved health and resilience to stress.
