The study looked at how urbanization affects CO2 emissions in Vietnam from 1986 to 2021. They used a model to analyze the relationship between urbanization and emissions over time. The results showed that urbanization increases CO2 emissions in both the short and long term. Factors like GDP per capita and technological progress also influence this relationship. This suggests that increasing urbanization with green technology can lead to sustainable economic development.
