Paper Summary

A study was done on berseem crop to see how different ways of managing nutrients affect its growth and fodder yield. They tried 12 different treatments and found that the best results came from using a mix of 75% recommended fertilizer, farmyard manure, vermicompost, and seed inoculation. This combination gave the tallest plants, the most shoots, the highest plant population, the best leaf to stem ratio, and the most green fodder.
