The study looked at over 12,000 students at Christian colleges to see what helps them thrive in their college experience. They found that students of color in undergraduate and adult programs reported lower levels of thriving compared to White students, but students of color in graduate programs were thriving. This suggests that changes in college policies and practices could help all students thrive.
