The article introduces a new way to improve security in IoT networks by using Blockchain technology and smart contracts. The goal was to make key management more secure and efficient for IoT devices. By implementing this new solution, the researchers were able to significantly reduce communication overhead and energy consumption in IoT networks. The results showed a major decrease in communication overhead during different scenarios, proving that this approach is effective and suitable for enhancing security in IoT networks.
