The researchers used a questionnaire to gather data from food professionals and found that supplier governance significantly influences green purchasing, with organizational agility playing a crucial role as a mediator. Factors like company size and revenue did not affect green purchasing practices. The study highlights the importance of strong supplier relationships and organizational agility in driving sustainable supply chain decisions in the industry.
