The article focuses on how Pakistani businesses can improve their supply chain systems to become more efficient and competitive. The researchers studied nine businesses, creating models for four of them. They looked closely at the structure of the supply chains and provided suggestions for implementing better strategies. The main goal was to figure out how these enterprises can enhance their supply chain management for better success.
