Farmers Can Grow Gladiolus with 25% Less Nitrogen, Boosting Yields and Profits
In a study on gladiolus plants, using biofertilizers along with less nitrogen fertilizer helped the plants grow better and produce more flowers. The best results were seen with a mix of 75% less nitrogen fertilizer and biofertilizers like Azotobacter and Azospirillum. This combination was just as effective as using the full amount of nitrogen fertilizer. So, using biofertilizers with less nitrogen can improve the growth and flowering of gladiolus plants.
