The study aimed to improve estimates of population mean in two-occasion sampling with non-response by using a variable from both occasions. Two new estimators were proposed and compared to existing methods. The results showed that the new estimators were more precise than the sample mean estimator and the estimator suggested by Singh and Priyanka. Empirical studies supported these findings and provided useful recommendations.
