The study looked at fixing damaged concrete using carbon/epoxy sheets. They tested the strength of the repaired concrete by bending it. The results showed that using carbon/epoxy sheets can make the concrete strong again. When exposed to water for 60 days, the repaired concrete got a bit stronger. But after being exposed to hot-cold cycles for 60 days and outdoor conditions for up to 28 months, the strength decreased by about 7%.
