The article discusses different methods for predicting floods in small watersheds. They tested 11 watersheds and found that using digital computer simulation was the most accurate in predicting flood frequency. However, there are still challenges in analyzing short flow records on small streams. More research is needed to improve flood frequency estimation for small watersheds.
