In a knowledge-based economy, innovation is crucial for staying competitive. To create new ideas and opportunities, we need to manage the complexity of knowledge effectively. A framework was developed to show that knowledge creation is influenced by both organizational and market knowledge. Organizational knowledge needs to be updated with market knowledge and new ideas to stay relevant.
