The article looks at how social infrastructure in Ukraine is funded and suggests ways to make it more efficient. By studying data from 2002 to 2012, the researchers found that most money goes towards administrative costs rather than improving services. They recommend increasing public-private partnerships and private investments to boost funding and improve social sectors. This approach can help overcome current challenges and enhance the development of social infrastructure in Ukraine.
