Manufacturers face challenges when changing production patterns, leading to the need for optimizing the logistics system. A three-level logistic model was created using lean manufacturing logistics to propose strategies for improving the manufacturing logistics system. Key areas for optimization include planning, design, processes, organization, operations, standardization, technology, professionals, cost management, and performance evaluation in logistics.
