The article discusses a framework for reusing software components to save time and money in development. By focusing on systematic reuse, the framework aims to improve productivity and reliability of software products. The approach involves two methods: building for reuse and building by reuse. The study evaluates the criteria for reusable components and applies the framework to a C-Registration System.
