"TRANSLAND: THE INTEGRATION OF TRANSPORT AND LAND USE PLANNING" is a study in Europe that aims to find ways to reduce the need for car travel by integrating transport and land use planning. The project looked at successful policies and practices in this area, as well as how well different countries coordinate these efforts. They reviewed twenty-six case studies to evaluate innovative approaches to urban transport and land-use planning.
