Paper Summary

A waste collection scheme is being planned for urban community Arieo, Cluj County, to meet EU standards. Currently, there is no proper waste collection system in place, leading to environmental and health issues. The scheme will cater to 117,780 residents and 2,975 businesses in two cities and nine villages. Implementing this scheme can lower waste management costs in the area.
