The article introduces a new system for transport modelling that uses knowledge-based technology. This system allows for the representation of different types of knowledge, like action plans and statistical procedures, without needing programming. The researchers created a prototype of this system for a multinomial logic model, which was implemented on a personal computer. The main focus of this system is to automate the transport modelling process, making it more efficient and user-friendly.
