The study looked at how floods from small watersheds in Wyoming behave. They wanted to figure out how to predict flood peaks, the shape of flood hydrographs, and how much water storage could reduce culvert capacity. They used all available data to create dimensionless hydrographs but need more flood data to confirm their findings. So far, they haven't looked at how watershed characteristics affect flood shapes.
