Paper Summary

The article tested different models of reinforced concrete bridges to see how well precast concrete bridge decks and main girders were prestressed. The models were all 20 meters wide. The results showed that using prefabricated reinforced concrete bridge decks prestressed with girders using box girders or screws is beneficial.
