The Oresund Tunnel Casting Facility was designed to create 20 large concrete elements for a tunnel accommodating a motorway and railway. The facility was built in Copenhagen to produce these elements, each weighing 6,500 tonnes. The focus of the paper is on the structure used to move the tunnel units from the factory to the sea, as well as the impact of temporary works on the tunnel units.
