The article discusses how to make building projects in Brazil more efficient. It talks about the problems in the design process and suggests using Concurrent Engineering to improve it. A case study of 22 companies shows that making changes to the design process can help. The article proposes a new methodology for building design based on Concurrent Engineering principles.
