Corruption is a big problem worldwide, and post-socialist countries struggle with it. Traditional anti-corruption methods may not work well in these countries due to their unique history and systems. A new approach called the structure-conduct-performance model suggests using three regulatory pyramids to fight corruption within public administration. This approach aims to involve public administration in combating corruption, with the criminal justice system as a last resort.
