This study looked at how new transport policies can help make public transportation better in Jakarta, Indonesia, and Freiburg, Germany. The researchers wanted to see if these policies can create sustainable and integrated transit systems. They focused on two cities, TransJakarta and Freiburg, to compare their approach to transport. The findings suggest that by having effective transport policies, cities can improve their public transit systems to be more sustainable, integrated, efficient, and effective.
