A systematic approach for evaluating and selecting ERP systems has been developed to help companies consider their individual requirements, current processes, and IT infrastructure. The methodology involves a multi-step process, starting with a pre-selection of ERP systems and narrowing down options through negotiation to choose the most suitable system.
