Java software revolutionizes telemetry data analysis for Space Shuttle and ISS.
The Java Mission Evaluation Workstation System (JMEWS) is a set of programs used to view and analyze real-time and recorded data from space missions. It was created in Java to work on different types of computers and was designed to be easily expandable. JMEWS allows users to create custom displays for data analysis and can be used on both UNIX workstations and office computers. This system is currently being used by the Space Shuttle Program and the International Space Station program.
