Paper Summary

The study looked at how different factors affect urban runoff models. They found that the total runoff ratio is influenced by rainfall duration and basin size, but not by rainfall distribution. Peak runoff ratio is affected by infiltration and soil parameters, as well as all parameters of SWMM. The CHICAGO hydrograph method's peak runoff ratio is not influenced by basin size, rainfall duration, or rainfall distribution.
