The study looked at how adding different soy products affects the quality of Busuge Base. Overall, adding soy products improved the quality of Busuge Base. Soy slurry was best for increasing volume, hardness, and overall score, while soy protein isolate was good for adding protein. The best quality Busuge Base was made when soy slurry and soy protein isolate were used together, with about 10% soy protein isolate being the right amount.
