The article discusses the current state and issues of the pension system in Ukraine. It looks at problems with the first level of the pension system and suggests ways to improve it, such as implementing a second level of pension system. The author believes that the current system is not enough to provide adequate pensions due to demographic changes. They recommend developing a fair mechanism for pension payments and increasing people's interest in contributing to a cumulative pension system.
