The article discusses the development of Taiwan's Judicial Review system, aiming to shift towards the American model from the European one. By drawing on the experiences of Japanese Judicial Review, the author suggests that Taiwan can learn valuable lessons for its own system. The main goal is to reform the Judicial Yuan's Judicial Review system gradually.
