New calcium powder from oyster shells boosts bone health absorption.
A new type of calcium powder made from oyster shells and other sea creatures' bones mixed with fruit juice was tested on rats alongside four other calcium supplements. The rats that received the calcium powder had higher absorption and retention rates compared to the other groups. Their femur bones also showed increased weight and calcium content. This suggests that calcium from the oyster shell powder mixed with fruit juice is more effective at improving calcium levels in the body.
