The study analyzed how different factors like company size, age, ownership, and board size affect corporate governance disclosure in annual reports of public companies in Indonesia. Data from 126 firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2007 and 2008 were used. The results showed that only the size of the company significantly influenced corporate governance disclosure, while other factors like firm age, ownership dispersion, multinational status, and board size did not have a significant impact.
