The article discusses how public buildings in Germany need more investments but the government is short on funds. This study looks at how private investors can join these partnerships. They found that in Germany, both the government and private investors are still learning how best to work together. By talking to different investors, the researchers learned what kinds of investors are interested in PPP projects in Germany and what they look for when deciding to invest. This research will help improve how money is arranged for PPP projects in Germany.
