ERP systems are crucial for organizations, but their success depends on various factors. While most studies focus on consumer perspectives, this research looks at success factors from the vendors' viewpoint. By interviewing people involved in ERP implementations, the study identified key factors that contribute to successful ERP projects from the vendors' perspective. This includes organizational, technological, and environmental factors that play a significant role in the success of ERP systems. Further research is needed to explore these factors in more depth.
