The study shows that a supplier development program called Quality Assurance Networking can improve efficiency in supply chain management for agricultural machinery manufacturing companies. By analyzing production data from 2001 to 2004, the researchers found that implementing this program led to increased manufacturing capability, reduced quality problems at suppliers' sites, fewer customer claims, improved parts delivery performance, and fewer defects. Interested companies are recommended to consider implementing this program to enhance their supply chain efficiency.
