The article introduces a new model called Group Decision Analysis for making decisions in a group setting. Traditional decision analysis is usually for one person, but this model allows each group member to have their own way of making decisions. By combining everyone's individual decisions using decision analysis principles, a group decision can be reached. This model provides a logical and consistent way to make group decisions.
