The researchers studied how different combinations of vermicompost and fertilizers affect the growth and yield of scented rice. They found that using 100% NPK fertilizers led to the best results in terms of rice growth and yield. However, using a mix of vermicompost and fertilizers also showed good results, especially when substituting 20% or 40% of NPK with vermicompost. While organic nutrient management had some benefits, inorganic nutrient management resulted in higher net returns. Overall, using a combination of vermicompost and fertilizers can be a good option for growing scented rice.
