This study aimed to improve construction project performance by engaging stakeholders in achieving sustainability. Researchers interviewed UK construction professionals and surveyed companies to understand current practices. The data analysis showed that stakeholder engagement positively impacts construction sustainability and project performance. By implementing effective stakeholder engagement strategies, the construction sector can enhance sustainability and decision-making processes.
