Enterprise systems like ERP and PDM/PLM help companies work together better, but implementing them is tough. A model was created to help with this, based on a project called BEST. The model helps companies figure out how to make their system projects successful by considering specific factors unique to each project. A tool was also made to identify weak areas and learn from past experiences to improve future projects.
