Turkey is facing problems with its highway infrastructure, which is hindering the country's development. With limited public funds and increasing transportation needs, public-private partnerships (PPP) are being considered as a solution. The goal of the study was to analyze how PPPs can be used for highway projects, focusing on Turkey's experience. The researchers found that PPPs can be a beneficial option for improving transportation infrastructure and providing better services to citizens.
