A new maize hybrid called Jinongyu308 was created by crossing two parent plants. It has a high starch content and showed higher yields compared to a control variety in tests. The hybrid was approved for planting in certain regions of China due to its disease resistance, good quality, and stable yield. Jinongyu308 can be grown in specific areas of Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces.
