Revolutionizing Korean Food Safety with Canadian HACCP Program Implementation!
The study looked at how to improve food safety in Korea by using a program from Canada called FSEP. The current HACCP system in Korea is limited and needs to be expanded to more food plants. By adopting programs like the Prerequisite Program and SSOP, Korea can improve food safety for all plants. To make this happen, a detailed manual, model, training, and audit program are needed.
